Biography

Benjamin Jackson was born on 26 July 1719, the youngest of twenty children and eleven sons of James Jackson and Rebecca Hallett.
He married Mary Rushing. She bore him three known children, all sons:
  1. Stephen Jackson
  2. Edward Jackson
  3. Jesse Jackson
In 1805, when he was in his mid-eighties, Benjamin died of unknown causes in Chesterfield County, South Carolina.
