Agnes Jeffrey married Thomas Grubb at Stoke Climsland, Cornwall in January 1562. [1] The record in the parish register is very faint, but can be read clearly enough to see the names, month and year.
Agnes was apparently the mother of Thomas Grubb's 11 children, born in the two decades between 1562 and 1581. Despite the claims of some researchers, it was far from unusual for women in the 16th century to bear that number of children.
Agnes's burial record has not been discovered, but her death can be placed before 1604, when Thomas Grubb remarried. [2]

Both the marriages listed here for Agnes appear to be wrong - she was more likely the first wife of Thomas Grubb-310 of Stoke Climsland Cornwall and the mother of most of his children.
