Amos died before March 1790, probably in Connecticut, United States, as his wife was listed as widow in a Connecticut transaction:
"On March 13, 1790, Elizabeth Jessup, widow, and Anthony Studwell, her brother, both of Greenwich [Connecticut], and heirs of the late Thomas Studwell, convey to Ebenezer Hubby all claim they had in their mother's right of dower in their father's estate..."[1]
