Arch (age 30) married Trinvilla Alice Taylor (age 15) about 20 February 1899 in Boyd County, Kentucky. Her parents, William and Louisa Taylor gave consent. The marriage was performed at the home of William Taylor by H.H. White, Minister. Calvin Johnson and David Strait were witnesses.[2]
He resided at Pennsylvania Furnace, Greenup County, Kentucky in 1920 on Indian Run Road. [3]
