George Johnson lived in Appalachia, in Kentucky.
George was born on 1 December 1891 in Wheeling, Marshall, West Virginia, USA. He was the son of George Hanby Johnson and Helen Eliza (McCutchen) Johnson.[1]

I see that there are two different sets of facts here, and I'm wondering if they represent the same person. The first one is born in West Virginia, the second was born in Pennsylvania, etc.
What does your research tell you about George Albert? Once we know which set of facts matches this particular person, we can remove the extraneous information so that it represents a whole person's life, or pretty close to it.

Data Doctor - 811 Uncleaned profile after merge
I've checked a few different things. 1. The WV Vital Research Records and can not find a match. 2. I've looked at the 1900, 1920, 1920, and 1930 Census and it lists his birth as PA. 3. I've looked at what I think is his WWI Registration card. This lists his birth as PA.
I am confident he died in Florida.
