Andrew Johnston was born on 27 Jul 1770 in Culpeper County, Virginia Colony, the son of David Johnston and Nancy Ann (Abbott) Fry. He was the brother of Elian Johnston, Jemima Johnston, Virginia Johnston, James Johnston, Sarah (Johnston) Marshall, David Johnston Jr. and Mary Ann (Johnston) Fry. Andrew married Jane Henderson. He died 14 Nov 1838 in Giles County, Virginia, United States. [1]
