Jones surname project - Y-DNA testing conflict

This conflict has been temporarily resolved by disconnecting Robert's line from this line at Daniel Jones.

There are two lines (via two different test-takers) that claim ancestry to James Jones. But they are not Y-DNA matches.

One comes from "son", Robert. The other from "son", Richard. They (the two test-takers) can't both be correct in their claim to be paternally descended from James Jones (1666-1725). At the moment, we're keeping our Jones surname categories for both family groups active in this profile: (1) Jones Y-DNA Project I-M253 #6, (2) Jones I-M253#10. Simply because we can't say one is better than the other. They're both of interest for this profile currently.

If anyone can help us discern the "truth", please contact me (Zak), admin for the Jones surname WikiTree project and FTDNA Jones Y-DNA project.
