Biography

Elvira was born in 1832 as the daughter of Rowland Judd and Fanny Johnson.


In 1870, Elvira (37), who had some form of disability condition, and her sister, Caroline Judd(50), were living in Travellers Rest, Owsley, KY, in the home of their father, Rowland Judd (78), who was still working as a farmer.[1]
