Biography

Tracy was born February 12, 1976 in Portsmouth, OH to Teresa Nolder and Edward Paul Kammer. Her mother remarried to Craig Stidham who raised Tracy. She was the oldest of four girls and loved being a sister to Tiffany, Kellie, and Lyndsey Stidham. She had three children, Austin Kammer, Bryson, and Kylee Ratcliff. They were her everything. She had many nieces and nephews and never missed a holiday or birthday together. Tracy was a singer, health aid, and was attending beauty school at Paramount Beauty Academy. She passed down her music talents from her mother and all three of her children are also very gifted in music. Tracy loved getting her kids together to play guitar and sing. She was so proud of them. On October 10, 2014 Tracy was killed in a car accident. She was headed home after visiting with her parents to get ready for her sons football game. She will be forever missed and our lives have been forever changed. Xoxo ^[1]
