George was born in 1891. He was the son of Frederick Kearney and Minnie Burn. [1]
"KEARNEY. -On September 9, 1954, at a private hospital, Hobart, Sydney George, beloved youngest son of the late Frederick and Melvina Kearney, of Campania, and dearly loved brother of Ted (Longford) and Eileen (Campania). KEARNEY. -Funeral of the late Mr. Sydney George Kearney, of Campania, will move from the residence of his niece (Mrs. L. Harvey, 62 Albert Rd., Moonah), on Saturday (Tomorrow), at 11 a.m., arriving at crematorium, Cornelian Bay, at 11.10 a.m. Friends are respectfully invited to attend. ALEX.
