She married William Davis of Haverhill, Massachusetts on December 31, 1700. [1] William was born was born at Haverhill, Massachusetts on February 20, 1674, son of Samuel Davis and Deborah Barnes. [3][4]
Mary died on December 5, 1747 at Haverhill. [2][3]
Her husband William died there on September 11, 1753. [3]
His will was written on April 4, 174?6/7. In it he names: [5]

Abigail, Mary, Samuel, Nehemiah and Meriam, all children of daughter Abigail and Samuel Sargent

my daughter Judith, wife of Ezra Chase
my wife Mary - 2 cows, 4 sheep and use and profit of all my moveables, during her widowhood
