Subject: Re: John FOULTZ (1797-1849) Lancaster Co.,PA
Thanks so much for the info and replying. John Adam Casner (Kesner) and Hannah Foultz are my four Great-Grandparents. Their son Phillip married Mary Heaviner/Hepner/Haefner/Hefner (dau of Gottlieb Hepner and Cather Shafer). Hannah Casner married Jonathan Wesley Yankey--their daughter, Elizabeth Ann Yankey was the 2nd or 3rd wife of Stephen Edward Welch. Elizabeth and Stephen's oldest child, Edward Wesley Welch married LouCindy Catherine Scitern--their daughter (my Mother was next.) Maybe this would be helpful to someone else. If you want further info, I would rather do it direct.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Phillip by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Phillip:
