Jacob was born about 1752. Lived in PA by 1770; moved to VA as early as 1782. He is on the 1786 tax list of Franklin Co, VA. Jacob and his family were members of the Dunkard (German Baptist) Church, and followed Elder Jacob Miller to Ohio, where the Kingerys were instrumental in establishing several new Dunkard congregations. He passed away about 1811. Will dated 29 Sep 1811, proved 14 Apr 1812, Franklin Co, Indiana. Names wife Frankey, sons John, Samuel and Joseph, and "all my children."
