In the name of God, amen, I Jacob Kinser being sick or well in imperfect health, calling to mind that it is appointed for all men once to die & of what property and possessions it has pleased God to close me with in this earth i now do will and dispose of the same in the following manner and form to wit.
First-of-all I do give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife, Easter all of my personal property that I poswss as long as she lives and stays a widow.
Secondly- I do give and bequeth unto my beloved son, George Kinser, 100 acres land at the lower end of my land including ???? his bldings and improvements that he now had.
Thirdly- I do give and bequeth unto my two sons, Henry and Adam, 120 acres land to same, more or less including the place whereas I now live.
Forthly- I will and ordain that all of my children shall and must be made equal heirs of my estate agreeable to the account book that i have their accounts ??? ??? down in and the price of this property that each one has receive. And do appoint Jacob Kinser, Junr., Peter Cobble, BND. Executors of my estate and I do make and ordain this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have herewith set my hand and seal this Twenty-ninth day of February, 1816, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen
