Biography
This profile is part of the Kirkland Name Study.
Myrtle L. Kirkland was born in February 1869 in Woodstock, Carleton County, New Brunswick.[citation needed] She was the daughter of Charles Kirkland and Rachel Warman.
The family lived in various locations in New Brunswick and Maine throughout Myrtle's childhood. In 1870, they were in Baring, Washington County, Maine.[1] In 1871 they were in West Isles, Charlotte County, New Brunswick.[2] In 1880, they were in Hancock, Penobscot County, Maine.[3]
Myrtle married Albert Treadwell on September 2, 1888 in Mattawamkeag, Maine.[4]
