1904: From a letter written by Great Grandpa (F.H.Klenke) dated Feb. 18, 1904 to his nephew .
- Dear Nephew Heinrich Klenke:
- ….. It was November 1896 when your sister, Anna wrote her last letter to me. On December 8th, the same year I answered that letter. Since that time I have received neither from her any letter. In September 1898 my wife and I went to Cincinnati for a visit and there we found out that your sister Anna got married and therefore, I can understand that she neglected or forgot to write to us. ….
