Lucy was born about 1899. As an elderly lady she lived for many years near 52nd and SE Woodstock in Portland, Oregon. She passed away on the 10th of Feb. 1999.^[1]

Lucy F. Foster

A service was held for Lucy F. Foster, who died Feb. 10, 1999, at age 99.

Mrs. Foster was born May 30, 1899, in Oconto, Wis. Her maiden name was Kremers. She lived in the Portland area since she was 10. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Arthur W., died in 1975.

Survivors include her daughter, Marion Granstrom of Portland; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great grandchild. Her daughter, Eloise Anderson, and her first two husbands, Raymond Andre and George Johnson, died earlier.

Interment was in Riverview Abbey Mausoleum. Arrangements were by Riverview Abbey Funeral Home.
