Lena Kurth was born on 29 Mar 1875 in Dug-Out near Duncan Platte, NE, daughter of Rudolf O Kurth (1845 - 1913) and Elizabeth (Hunger) Kurth (1846 - 1917).
Lena married Arnold Geiser (1870 - 1946) on 21 Mar 1895 in Colfax, Co., Nebraska.[1] Their children were:

- Samuel Abraham Geiser
- John Robert Geiser
- Ellen Eliza (Geiser) Hobbensiefken
- Eula Ann (Geiser) Hobbensiefken
- Clarence William Geiser.
