The information you need for a DNA confirmation statement is here, please read: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:DNA_Confirmation. Basically, if your match has a WikiTree profile here is what the DNA source citation needs to include:

It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Louisiana Families Project and as we haven't heard from you, we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member.
We understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know.
If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction.
Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it.

On behalf of the Louisiana Families Project, we are doing a periodic check-in with members. Please review the project page [1], and if you feel you are able and would like to contribute to the project in the upcoming months, please let me know by commenting on my profile or sending a private message. If you have other obligations or interests at the moment and would like to be removed from the project at this time, you will always be welcome to rejoin if you find yourself with more time and interest later.
All of us at WikiTree would like to thank you for your contributions and hope that you are enjoying exploring your roots.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

send me your e-mail and I will invite u to look at my ancestry tree.
If you'd like to add something about yourself on the Louisiana Families project page, click [edit] beside Members. Also, the category for project members' profiles is Category:Louisiana Families Project, if you'd like to add that to your profile.
Cheers, Liz
Remember, after the merge you will want to clean up the Contents Section text and make sure there are Sources to support the merge.
You will also want to review all other family members for potential duplicates and review any conflicts in parents. If you have any questions, just let me know. Thank you for your help in our global WikiTree project to create one World Tree linking as many ancestors as possible.
