Biography
Ray was born in 1892, the son of Albert Lee Lappier and Eliza C Burns.[1] He married Esther Mae Parker on Jan 8, 1913 at Big Sandy, Chouteau, Montana[2] and passed away in 1960 in Yakima, Washington.[3]
