Biography

Catherina was born in 1781 at Hohl[1] The nearby parish of Hohl is spelled Hol in the official records and sometimes is mentioned as Hool). She married Petter Svensson and had 6 children with him. She was widowed in 1833. Her daughter Johanna died in 1840 at the age of 17. In 1847, she lived at Högstorp with her oldest son Johannes. [2] She was still living with her son Johannes at Högstorp in 1861.[3] She died in 1875 at Högstorp.[4]
