Biography

Andrew Laswell was born in Appalachia, in Kentucky.

Andrew Smith Laswell, son of John Laswell and Dicey (Smith) Laswell, was born in 1808 in Marrowbone Creek, Cumberland, Kentucky, USA.[1]

He married Mary E. Crews.[1]

He and Mary appeared on the census of 29 Aug. 1850 at Monroe County, Kentucky.[2]

Andrew died in 1858 in Crawford County, Indiana and was buried at Union Chapel Yates Cemetery, Grantsburg, Crawford County, Indiana. His memorial has biographical material and links to those of family members.[1]
