Jerry was born in 1871 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. [1] He was a son of Laswell-99|David C. Laswel]]l and Clara Jane "Flurry" Clark. He married Margaret J. Owens 14 January 1897 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. [2] He passed away in 1923 in Kentucky. [1]
