Marie-Cecile LeBlanc was born in Grand Pré, Acadie about 1686. [1]

Marie-Cecile LeBlanc and Michel Boudrot were married about 1708 in Grand-Pré. [1]

Around 1708, Michel and Cécile founded the village des Michel (in present-day Port Williams / Starr's Point, NS) that bears his name. [2] In 1714 they appeared on the census taken at Rivière-des-Habitants (Les Mines) with 1 son and 3 daughters. [3]

She passed away in 1731. (date of death was omitted in register). She was buried on 26 May 1731 in Grand-Pré. [4] [5]

    Cécile LE BLANC, daughter of Jacques & Catherine HÉBERT, born probably after the 1686 census. On the 1693 census at Les Mines she was listed as Genevieve, age 9 years (sic). She married around 1708 to Michel BOUDROT, son of Claude & Anne-Marie THIBODEAU. She was buried (Grand Pré Register) 26 May 1731, age 45 years. Present was Jacques LeBLANC, her father.
