Daisy was born in 1901 in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas. She is the daughter of C. Edgar McConnell and Anna Bell Johnson.
She died on November 23, 1904 in Fort Smith, Sebastien County, Arkanas and was buried there in Oak Cemetery, Block 34.[1][2]
