Biography
Frederic was born 31 October 1827. He was the son of Justine-Jeanne Lemmens.[1]
He married Maria Anna Theresia Decraeke on 27 February 1851 at Oostende, West Flanders.[2]
Frederic died in 1872 at the age of 45. His profession was given as 'Waker' - "watch on the state steamer Saphir".[3]
