Father's Death - Daniel's father died in Morgan Co, AL 1825. After his death Daniel's uncle Nicholas became guardian for Daniel and his brother Arthur Lewis.[2][3]
Court - On the 7 Nov 1835 Daniel O. Lewis is now of legal age. He no longer needs a guardian and can take legal possession of his inheritance.[4]
