Biography
When John Lewis was born on December 13, 1751, in Farnham, Virginia, his father, Willoughby, was 27 and his mother, Henrietta, was 25. He had one son with Rebecca Parham in 1787. He died in 1794 in Richmond City, Virginia, at the age of 43.
