Biography
Etta was born in 1869. She lived with Thomas Lingard and Hannah Hill.
I am unconvinced of the parentage of Etta. The Death registration finally located indicates "Illegitimate" under her name with no parents recorded. The death informant was Thomas Lingard with whom she lived as recorded in the 1871 Census report.
Etta May died at the young age of 6 years of Cholera.
- Although genealogists of this lineage generally accept Etta as a child of Thomas and Hannah, the death registration does not support. Research continues.
