Biography

Joseph Edwin Lipe was born in 1881 in Logan County, Arkansas. [1] He was a son of Simon Peter John Wylie Green Lipe and Mary Isabelle Carter. He married Nellie Barnett 1 February 1903 in Yell County, Arkansas. [2] [3] He passed away 1 February 1955 in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. He was interred in Little Rock National Cemetery, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. [1]
