Biography
Robert was born in 1784 to Scots-Irish parents John Lockridge, Rev War pensioner (1761 - 1851 Chatham, Sangamon, IL) & Margaret Henderson (1762 Augusta, VA - 1836 Mount Sterling, Montgomery, KY) of Big Calfpasture, Augusta Co., VA. Robert m. Elizabeth L. Meloan in Montgomnery County, KY where they had their children. He died in Montgomery, KY in 1826.
