Biography
Eve Fout, widow of John Fout, was summoned in a case involving the settlement of Leonard Lonas, Sr.'s estate. In the papers of the case it is state that Eve Lonas married John Fought (Fout). This probably would have been before 1828, when Leonard sold land to John Fought. In the case, John and Eve's children are listed. To wit: Isaac, Henry, George, Nancy, Elizabeth, and Jemima Fout. Elizabeth was married to Thomas Thomas.
