Biography

Charlie was born in 1896. He was the son of Joel David Low and Lydia Pope. His stepmother was Ella G. Pope.[1][2]

Charlie Edgar Low married Della Radcliffe June 21, 1918. They lived in Vandalia, Fayette, Illinois, United States.[3][4][5]

He passed away August 29, 1975.[6] He was buried at Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia, Fayette County, Illinois, United States.
