Biography

Nellie was born 28 December 1861 in Key West, Florida.^[1] She was the daughter of Samuel Simon Lowe and Mary Lowe.

She married William Henry Williams on 10 November 1880 in Key West in a ceremony performed by J. B. Baez, Minu[?]t of the Rector of St. Paul Church.^[2] The witnesses were Samuel S. Lowe and William H. Runnell.

Nellie died on 22 February 1938 in Key West,^[3] and she is buried there in the City Cemetery.^[4]
