Biography

Chester Lowe was born on February 16, 1868, in Virginia, to Mary Ann Rutherford and James Aaron Lowe, Jr.^[1][2]

On March 24, 1892, in Magoffin County, Kentucky, Chester married [Mary Ellen Williams].^[3] They had at least 3 children.^[4] Mary may have died in or before 1903.

On September 16, 1903, in Magoffin County, Chester married [Druzy Blankenship].^[5] They had at least 2 children.^[6]

Chester died on November 14, 1940, presumably in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. He is buried in Rosedale Cemetery, in Ada, Oklahoma.^[2]
