Biography

"On 3/22/1796, Jacob and wife, Sarah, were chastised by the Gwynedd Meeting for marrying contrary to discipline. Sarah was the dau. of John Harry. On 4/24/1798, Jacob, wife, Sarah, and minor children, Benjamin and Clayton were granted a certificate of removal from the Gwynedd Meeting to Abington Meeting. The birthdates of Jacob and Sarah's children are taken from the Gwynedd Quaker Records.[1][2]

I think they must have meant Montgomery, Pennsylvania as that is where is son was married. I think they stayed in PA.
