Biography:
When Nancy Lykins was born on October 27, 1828, in Putnam, West Virginia, her father, David, was 39, and her mother, Ms. Mary, was 31. She married Mathew Irwin on November 10, 1852, in her hometown. They had seven children in 13 years. She died after 1910 [1] in Putnam, West Virginia, having lived a long life of 82 years, and was buried in Cabell, West Virginia.
