Will Book Lancaster County PA # 160 NATHANIEL LYTLE Deceased IN the Name of God Amen, I Nathaniel Lytle of Donigal in the County of Lancaster & provence of Pensylvania Being Very Sick and Low in Body but of A Perfect Mind and Memory Praise to God first of all I Comit My Soul into the hands of God that Gave it And my Body to be Buried In ye Earth In a Christian And Decent Like Maner at ye Discretion of my Execes. I appoint And Constitute MY Loving Wife Jenet Lytle And my Brother Ephraim Lytle & John Byers to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. As for what worldly substnace It has pleased God to Poses me with I Dispose & Bequeath of in following Maner Viz. IMPRIMIS I Give and bequeath to my Dearly And well beloved Wife the one third of my personal Estate jAnd her Living on this said Place During her Widowhood And no longer Item I Give and Bequeath to my Son John All my Real Estate of two hundred And Twenty Seven Ackers of Land If this my Son Dies without Heirs Lawfully Begoten of his own body Said Estate shall be sold And Equaly Divided Amongst my Surviving Children; I alow My Children to be Maintained And Schooled & Cloathed on said Estate till Such times as they arive ate the Age of Eighteen, And if any of my Daughters Should be Lawfully Maried to ye Satisfaction of ye Exec. they are to have what things Is Necefsary at the Discretion of my Excr Untill Such times as ye Youngest Arive at ye Age of Eighteenf And if any thing remains of my Personal Estate It is to be Equaly Di- vided Amongst My Children I Give and Bequeath to Robert Wilkins ye Sum of five pounds; And I Revoke and Disalow all other Testimonys In testimony wherof I have herunto Sett my hand and Seal this tenth of Decembr. one thousand Seven hundred & forty Eight 1748.
