Per the 1900 census, Mildred (or Millie) was born in May 1878 in New York of NY-born parents; she'd been married to Peter Lashomb for two years.^[1]

In 1920, Mildred and her husband, Peter, were living in Antwerp, Jefferson, New York^[2].
