The original profile showed his name as "Ursin Pierre Manuel Jr". This name was almost identical to a brother named "Pierre Ursin Manuel". After a diligent effort to review known records in Hebert's SWLR for these two brothers, it was determined that this brother was never seen in the records using the name Pierre. Therefore, the name "Pierre" has been removed from this profile. If other records come to light that indicate he ever went by that name, the source should be documented and this note should be updated.
