The Bindoff reference quoted seems to be restricted viewing at Google but there is a full version at History of Parliament online http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1509-1558/member/markham-sir-john-1486-1559

Did John divorce Margery? Per the info above, John married his 3rd wife before Margery's death.

According to Margery's will she bore John 13 children.

"daughter of Sir Ralph Longford and the second wife of Sir John Markham, of Cotham, whom she pre-deceased, having by him 13 children)."

Hello: Please assist me. I need to sort out a LOT of problems from here down and around, and I NEED to start right here, otherwise it will get too confusing. I need these merges:

Merge Markham-528 and Markham-56. Merge Strelly-3 and Strelly-2.

Are you able to do this, or must a pre-1500 person do this ?. If possible, I need to be able to edit say the current John Markham [Markham-528]. Thanks - Bart.

Hello: Please can you put me on your trusted list. I need the co-operation of maybe a dozen profile managers to sort out all the problems in this general region. I am very locked in at the moment. Thanks - Bart.

Hello: I am a MARKHAM researcher. I will be making some changes in links all about this region regards Markham. This region is badly linked all over. Your Alice Morton is the daughter of Margery Langford [Langford-158] John Markham [Markham-528]. I am waiting for [Markham-528] and John Markham [Markham-56] to be merged. I will be writing in the refs sometime once I can get all these problems sorted out. Cheers - Bart.
