Esther Martin was born 4 August 1683, the daughter of Benjamin Martin and first wife, Margaret Reynolds.[1]
"Jonathan Compton was married to Esther Martin September ye 24th 1701. By me Samuel Hale Justice."[2]
Esther is named in the will of her husband Jonathan Compton of Woodbridge, made 3 Sept 1745, proved 23 Feb 1747, as are her brothers, his "brothers-in-law, Peter Martin and Jonathan Martin."[3]
Esther was living when the will was proved; her date of death is not yet sourced or known.
