Biography

Sam Houston Massingill was born on January 26, 1887 in Texas, son of William Jackson Massingill (1843–1925) and Margarett L. Allbritton (1848–1908).[1]

In 1900, Sam was living in Justice Precinct 1, Angelina, Texas. [2] [3]

In 1910, Sam was living in Justice Precinct 1, Angelina. [2] [3]

Sam (24) married Mollie S Aldridge (28) (born on April 29, 1883 in Texas) on October 24, 1911 in Cherokee. Their children were:

Sam registered for the draft for World War I. [4]

In 1920, Sam was living in Floresville, Wilson, Texas. [2] [3]

In 1930, Sam was living in Precinct 2, Cherokee, Texas. [2] [3]

Sam died on December 14, 1968 in Jacksonville, Cherokee, aged 81.[5] [6]
