Sarah was born on 28 Sep 1796 in Pawling, Dutchess, New York. She was the daughter of William Matthews and Mary (Hoag) Matthews.
She married Peter Haviland Cornell.
She died on 23 Jan 1847. She was buried in Quaker Cemetery.[1]
