Isabel was born in 1797. [1][2] In 1823 Isabel married John Bamber de Mole in Lambeth, England.[3][4] After her husband died she emigrated to South Australia with children.[5][6][7] She passed away in 1870. [8][9]
A cultured and pious family with Genevan connections. Some family members suffered from tuberculosis. John Bamber de Mole died in January 1845. In 1848 Isabella De Mole moved John and the younger children to Jersey for better climate. In August 1853 brothers Henry William DM and Frederick Valentine arrived in Adelaide, SA. In February 1856 Isabel and remaining family arrived in Adelaide.
