Boaz Maxey was born Apr 8, 1788, in Franklin Co, VA. In his father's will, which was signed June 4, 1810, Boz was to receive an equal part of the remainder of Jeremiah's estate. Boaz and his brother, Josiah, were named executors of their father's will. Boaz married Cynthia Varner on Apr 20, 1818, in Oglethorpe Co, GA. We believe Cynthia died about 1823. Boaz then married Sarah Landman on Dec 21, 1823, in GA. Boaz died Mar 23, 1872, in Clarke Co, GA.
