Samuel White MAY was born on 3 December 1855 in Middle Creek [Bonanza?], Floyd County, Kentucky[1] and died on 19 April 1926 in Eubank, Pulaski County, Kentucky.[2] He was the son of Harvey Trimble MAY and Lydia CONLEY. He was buried in Eubank Baptist Church Cemetery, Eubank, Pulaski County, Kentucky.

Violet HACKWORTH was born on 14 March 1859 in Floyd County, Kentucky[9], [10] and died on 26 October 1932 in Pulaski County, Kentucky.[11], [12] She was the daughter of Jeremiah "Jerry" HACKWORTH[9] and Agness Elen POE.[9] Her mother's name was recorded as Agness HANSHEW on her death record.[11] She was buried in Eubank Baptist Church Cemetery, Eubank, Pulaski County, Kentucky.
