The Last Will and testament of Nancy Lee deceased was produced in court and -ordered- crossed out proven by the oaths of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to record as follows--
Knox County Kentucky November 8th 1841
I Nancy Lee make this my last will and testament.
I give to Ferraby Johnson my bed and furniture and little wheel, one counterpan and cotton dress, one pair stockings, and one bonnet and one dress pattern, also all my dresser ware, and one churn and two pails and my big armed chair, and two common chairs.
I also give to Nancy Cox three cotton dresses and one cotton sheet and one pot and one dress pattern, also feather bed

I give to James Lee three dresses, I pair pants, and one waistcoat, one coverlet, 1 kettle, and one sheet one bed quilt. I also give to Hannah Rose one cotton dress and one calico dress, one ?? sorrel?? silk handkerchief, one bonnet one counterpan, and one shirt, one ??? and dress pattern. I also give to George Lee my grandson one piece of homemade collon cloth. I want the following articles divided equally between Ferraby Johnson, Nancy Cox, and Hannah Rose..one sheet, three aprons, one table cloth, one petticoat, one cotton dress, one bomazet? Dress, one cotton and linsy dress, also three more dresses, and three shirts, one check counterpan, one blanket, and quilt… I also want William Johnson to have my cow and heifer & Ferraby his wife to have my reel and washing tub. I want my three hogs ?? one to William Johnson’s son Isaac—one to Noah Cox’s youngest son Gabe—one to James Lee’s son Port...give this from under my hand, and as day and date above mentioned.
