Biography

François Mayeux, son of François Pierre Mayeux and Nicole Provost, was born 3 September 1748 and baptized at St. Francis Church of Pointe Coupee, Louisiana, on 22 September 1748.[1]

He married Julie Marioneau on 23 June 1772 at St. Francis Church of Pointe Coupee.[2]

He was buried on 17 November 1808 in Pointe Coupee at the estimated age of 56 years.[3]
