A Roger Waring married Martha McClellan in Clermont County, Ohio in 1803
The same Roger Waring was elected Justice of the Peace in Clermont County, and officiated the wedding of Dorcas Waring to John Lytle in Clermont County in 1805
Dorcas Waring Lytle is the brother of Roger Waring, both children of Thomas & Lydia Waring
Therefore, I am inferring that the Roger Waring, father of Mary H. Waring, d. Ohio 1818 is the same Roger Waring who married Martha McClellan.
